| This machine has notable crushing ratio, the maximum crushing ratio of which can achieve to 25-30, and the discharging grain size can be adjusted accordingly with no effect on plate hamme and liner boards. Besides, the design of no bolts stops the possibilty of being stocked when it is used to crush materials with high moisture contents and high sediment percentage. Elastic governing mechanism can discharge incrushable materials mechanically, which ensures the safety of the instruments to break. In addition, The horizontal location of long-lifespan bearing endows its ablility to crush materials in high tempeture( for example, clinker). Rotor block of this machine can be found possessing special strucure, which protects itself from wearing when it is used to crush materials. It is installed with lead screw or hydraulic opener in back cavity, therefore, there is no need to apply the main instruments to chang wearing parts. |
